I never saw the comparisons at the time, but in retrospect, he is so remarkably LBJ to Obama's JFK.

Joe cracks me up. What a nut.

He and Mike Farrell have a remarkable resemblance—twins separated at birth, or cousins, or something.

He is a glorious gent, to be sure. The kind of guy you'd trust your inheritance too. The kind of guy for Obama's next four years.

@3 I was thinking the same thing, only instead of Mike Farrell, I see Prince Philip (not only do they resemble each other, both are given to blurting out embarrassing spur-of-the-moment thoughts).

I agree with most of the above, and Paul's comment. Joe makes a great veep. But.

I love Hillary.

I'm so conflicted.

Not surprisingly, I agree with Dom @6 (enjoy Nice, I hear it's Nice) = Joe Biden is a stained pair of boxers.

I love Uncle Joe. He's got such a nice smile. I guess that makes me a sucker, but he seemed to be incrementally less scummy than most politicians when I saw him on the Daily Show back in 08.

he had prudent advice (that was defeated) on Afghanistan strategy and had a moonbeamy proposal to free the Iraqi Kurds. I love him
