Meet Dextre the Magnificent

As seen in the above picture, Dextre is truly a technological marvel, wielding long arms capable of handling both small tools and large modules with precision dexterity.

It's a machine, Charles, created and operated by humans. It has no sense of autonomy, no self-identity, no consciousness, no will. It can't do anything unless a human makes it do something.

None of which makes it a "new race"; what it is is a fancy power-tool...
