Now Open: Marché on Bainbridge, the Return of That Great Cuban Sandwich Truck That Used to Be on Aurora, More!

New places for stuffing faces! A star means we would like to try it ASAP.

* RESTAURANT MARCHÉ · Bainbridge Island: The most excellent Greg Atkinson—former head chef (a looong time ago) at Canlis, cookbook author/food writer, and local/sustainable/seasonal hero—at last has a restaurant again, on Bainbridge Island. It's in a mid-century modern building in nearly sickeningly cute Winslow, just a stumble from the ferry, and the market-based, Frenchy menu looks marvelous. ONLINE BONUS: Find some of Atkinson's Marché recipes here!
