At 1:21.
Get rid of Eve's belly button!
Think about it!

@ 1

But, then again, why bother? If you autopsied Adam, you wouldn't find he had one rib less either.

Obvious troll is obvious... and a fag.

@2 good point. All the paintings of Adam have him generally well-balanced. He would probably have had a caved-in look about him on one side.

@5: All the paintings of Jesus show him as being European and white, when he was most certainly of Arabic complexion.

Close but no cigar. Lose the creepy "join the party..." and ominous music and replace it with a peppy "Join the Party!!!" and some Souza and you've got Comedy Gold.

And if you like the National Defense Authorization Act and Dronorama of Obama on the people of Pakistan, Afghanistan and Iraq, join the Democrats!

To the tune of "We Won't Get Fooled Again"!

Adam and Eve: Man impregnates his opposite-sex clone grown from his rib... worse than Splice.

um, shooting fish in a barrel anyone? also the narrator is Canadian. "agaynst" rather than "aghenst". It's not going to win any switcheroo votes.

Good points, but a lot of missteps in the video itself.

Oh come on- this is Betty Bowers. Can't be a card-carrying liberal and not like Betty- America's Best Christian.

What if you watch it and think wait that's me, oh not that... Wait a minute that doesn't even make sense oh hmm I guess I don't agree entirely with either party? What to do? Guess I better just pick a team. I'm one with gays guess I better not be pro death penalty. Since I don't like the current health reform package I should hurry to the klan rally. At least I don't believe in Jesus so at maybe I'm allowed to think that a full welfare state is ineffective. Way to be the flip side of the coin you're mocking.

Okay, it's 4:30 PST. I've been coming back all day hoping Dan would dish about his guest stint on RuPaul's Drag Race. Come on Dan, tell us about it! Anyone spill the beans on why Willam was DQ'd?

Hey, great idea! Rather than having conversations with people on the other end of the political spectrum which might, I don't know, lead to some cooperation and progress on the overwhelming problems we face, let's just make videos with insulting semi-truths about them!

@17: You're right, satire has no place in political discourse. Unreasonable views held by unreasonable people should be accommodated instead of mocked. It's totally possible to convince someone that they're wrong using factual, logical arguments when they believe that Earth was created after our earliest fossils of human beings, that atheists want Sharia law, that forcing pregnancy on a rape victim/survivor is totally cool, that stalking and gunning down a Black teenager should be legal, that Obama's birth certificate is fake, that climate scientists are universally part of a massive international conspiracy to lie about global warming... Do I need to keep going?
