Clearly this is a plot by the phone manufacturers to ensure the only survivors of an imminent catastrophe are their loyal customers.

@1: The tsunami zone along Elliott Bay isn't counted with that horrific fault in it that produces mega-thrust earthquakes? Um, whatever to that map.
