2012 The Wives of Presidential Candidates Lie, Too

Making her pitch for Mitt Romney's candidacy during stops in conservative corners of Michigan, Ann Romney said Tuesday that her husband was a “little reluctant” about running for president in 2012.
“Mitt was a little reluctant. And when we were making this decision, I thought to myself, you know what? This country is in so much trouble,” Ann said to about 200 Republicans gathered at a GOP luncheon here in Hudsonville.
Come the fuck on, lady. Mitt Romney wasn't going to run for president in 2012? Nobody on earth is dumb enough to believe this particular line of bullshit. Mitt Romney ran a push poll from the inside of his mother's womb. (Unfortunately for Mitt, the placenta won.)

So, if this was a totally new idea... what was he doing running for president in 2008? Did he hit his head and get amnesia in between? Or does he just hope WE all did?

Technically it COULD be considered true - since he never really stopped running from 2008. So maybe he hesitated a bit like Nov. 3 2008, for like an hour.

No. That's true in cases where the woman is understood to be ONLY the "man's wife".
Fortunately, the "Liberals" have progressed beyond that. Hence the way she was identified as "Ann Romney" rather than "Mrs. Mitt Romney".
