Over the weekend, Rick Santorum implied that President Obama followed a "phony theology." Then he insisted that he wasn't questioning President Obama's religion; he says he was only suggesting that Obama prioritizes the Earth over human beings. Then, Santorum said you start to find out that Obama is "Maybe...not the best guy. After a while, after a while you find out some things about this guy over in Europe who's not so good of a guy after all." It's generally assumed that Santorum was comparing Obama to Hitler. Here's video:

Now, according to Wonkette, Santorum is saying that he wasn't comparing Obama to Hitler, he was simply making a World War II metaphor, which he has made "100 times in my career." Frankly, I think this is an outrageous allegation on Rick Santorum's part. How dare he insinuate that his series of failed jobs and crushing defeats equals a "career?"

Meanwhile, in far more horrifying news, 10% of Michigan primary voters think Rick Santorum is "too liberal."
