if you look behind him the sign says that it's a "pe-free ATM" First it's spelled "pee", and are they saying that nobody has peed on it (which I doubt on Broadway) or that you can pee on it without paying a fee (which would be convenient on Broadway).

I guess I'm glad I bank at BofA. Apparently Wells Fargo only allows pe-Free deposits at their ATM's, whatever that is, and you have to deal with a ridiculous clown out front. Fuck that.
