Olympia The Good, the Bad, and the Fucking Nuts

This week, Cienna, Eli, Goldy, and I write about the bills we hope will pass in Olympia (slower speed limits), the bills that we hope will die (gaming the electoral college), and the bills that make us worry about the sanity of our lawmakers (legalizing sawed off shotguns).
