It's sad.

I thought I'd help a cart like this once and wheel it back to where it belongs, but someone from the city told me to stop immediately and to leave it where it was, because it was "undignified, inhumane, and disrespectful" to push it around like a common object. So it stayed under the bridge and never got anywhere.

Grant, and I say this as someone who runs through that underpass at least 5 or 6 days a week, early morning around 4 am....stop pushing the same couple of shopping carts around and make them pose for your photographic pleasure.

I have only seen ONE shopping cart in that area of Greenlake in the past FIVE YEARS!! Admit you are planting them for your picture taking and no one gets rolled over! LOL!!!
