It's like when Charlie Brown tries to kick that football Lucy is holding? And every damn time she pulls it away. Every year the capitol hill hipsters have their thing in the street and every year The Stranger cheers them on, and begs them to pick up their trash. Like for once this time will be different than all the other times. And the same thing always happens.

Some people are nice and some people are shitty. Sad but true.

So what you're saying is only "hipsters" sled and trash neighborhoods? That's not what I saw for the 3 hours I was out snowboarding around the hill yesterday. I don't think the trash should be targeted at hipsters, but lazy assholes who can't clean up after themselves. I see trash all over the hill all the time. Maybe it's the vagrants. People just need to be responsible... whatever form of fun they're having. Lighten up a bit. Maybe go make a snowman. You might enjoy it.

Wait, so that's what PBR is? Pabst Blue Ribbon? Who the fuck drinks Pabst?

A memory that sums up my high school years is sitting in class, very stoned, doing nothing but repeating the word "pabst" over and over in my head for what felt like hours.

pabst. pabst! PAAAABST.

As Occupy Seattle folks would say "Well that trash was here long before the snow started falling", or "Capitol Hill had a trash problem long before we showed up".

Coming up I-5 just now, returning from a failed attempt to fly away from here, we passed a huge quantity of trash that had obviously been dropped there off the side from Capitol Hill. A bunch of it was in bags, as if someone had bagged it up above and then dropped it off the edge. Nice.

I was going to say... it looked much cleaner. Guess for the wrong reasons. Dumb asses.

I haven't been down there today, but I'm guessing this is mild compared to the pile of trash and bottles and cans in front of the poor barber shop.
