They were on my desk! Someone put them here! I don't know who! They're giving my nightmares! I'm afraid they're going to go full Karen Black black magical murderous Tiki Doll on my ass!

I am glad that someone else used to love chocolate covered jellies like we used to import from England and Belgium.

Same thing.

But with more Bears!

Chocolate covered gummy bears, as they were called in the bulk isle at Larry's, were my favorite candy in college. These are delish, even if I haven't had one in 10 years+

Reminds me of The Simpsons episode where Homer says "I'm a white male, age 18 to 49. Everyone listens to me," and then pulls a can out of the cupboard labeled "Nuts and Gum: Together at Last!"

Yuck.

O.k., chocolate covered gummys may or may not be good. But calling them "Muddy Bears" just seems gross.

tehjakers 17
No. I used to sell those when I worked at Hollywood Video, and no one would buy them. Finally they were thrown out after expiring.

I find this to be an interesting converse to a phenomenon I've noted where some food simply tastes better and should only ever be known by it's (usually foreign) name; See chitterlings and menudo.

Muddy Bears, sounds horrible (as a food product) in so many, many ways, whereas chocolate covered gummis sounds exactly as good to most people as they would be.

I think the worst part is that little pile of poo in the lower left corner of the B. Anyone have a scooper?

Regal used to sell these in their theatres for somewhere between 1 and 2 years. No matter how I ate them- just eat them like normal, or suck the chocolate off and eat the gummi bear- they tasted horrible.

@28, I ate them all, grimacing and complaining all the while. I can't see even shitty candy go to waste.

It is a weakness.

@30 - You might want to see a doctor. I'm really not convinced those are meant for human consumption.
