Look up the address. This $2.2 million (AUD) nudity-enabling private refuge is in a Floridian-style suburban hellhole. (The development is even called "Florida Gardens.")

The house is less than 2000 feet from the ocean, but getting to the beach means more than a mile of backtracking off an artificial island, then crossing a major highway.

And unlike your next-door neighbors, you don't even have a canal-side dock.

So you'd better really love your privacy, because you'll rarely be going anywhere.

I'd just like to second @7, 8, and 15. Also, @18: I wondered about the girl, too; in fact, I kind of wanted to go into a feminist analysis of "attractive man in motion vs. attractive woman prone and passive" until I realized that she has tits, which probably go over only slightly better on Aussie TV than US TV, and *that* feminist analysis has been done.
