That seems pretty healthy. Integrity as it applies to jet planes is important to measure closely and correct quickly. As it applies to humans, not so much.

I mean, think about it for a second. Can you think of anyone who sits around admiring their own integrity who is not a fucking asshole?

You can't have integrity that "slips". By definition, integrity is a steady state. Perhaps it's your morals that are slipshod.
