And What killed North Korea's Leader?

Posted by on Sun, Dec 18, 2011 at 7:50 PM

You do not know the answer? You really do not know what killed Kim Jong I'll? It was overwork. What did you think it was?

A new, giant pair of sunglasses that crushed his head?

This is why I like to be the laziest person of my generation. Sure, if I applied myself maybe I could manage to be dictator of a starving nation for a few decades. But I hope to make it into my seventies at least, just by lounging around the house reading, maybe taking a phone call now and then.

@2 So if you end up on the short list to replace him, are you willing to serve a limited term?

KJIII was breakdancing on the periphery of Occupy Pyongyang when DJ DMZ abruptly cut from Sphongle to Henry Rollins singing Franklin's Tower and in his disgust he folded himself into a paper napkin now tucked under a half-empty Mai Tai. It is the way of the samurai.

I wish it was the same thing that killed 2-3 million Koreans in the past 20 years and the reason North Koreans are 4 inches shorter on average than South Koreans: MARXIST COMMUNISM.

@7 - Marx talked about hereditary dictatorships? Could you give me a citation for that?

@8: Marx talked about hereditary dictatorships?

No, regretfully, Marx failed to mention that communism would require a totalitarian dictatorship to enforce its principles.

From the pictures of him, it looks like his day job was driving a UPS truck. This time of the year is a killer for those guys.

I thought it was the constant guzzling of Hennessey cognac, of which he was reputedly the world's largest purchaser, some $800,000 a year.

"Other official reports about Kim included claims that he had shot 11 holes-in-one the first time he picked up a golf club, that he could alter the weather just using his mind and that he had started walking at three-weeks-old and talking at eight weeks, London's Daily Telegraph reported.

I love that it was only 11 hole-in-ones, not 18. Wouldn't want it to be too unbelievable, y'know? I wonder if there was an argument about what number it should be...

A tearful broadcaster reported that Kim died due to "overwork"

Poor guy. I can imagine how much work it must've taken to convince the North Korean people they're living in a paradise while they're subsisting on dog hair and toenails.

I won't believe he actually died until I read reports about the world's bird population simultaneously wailing in grief at his passing. Like when Kim Il-sung died.
