Media Seattle Times Promotes Kate Riley to Editorial Page Editor

Congratulations to the Seattle Times' Kate Riley on her promotion to editorial page editor. And on this very special occasion, I'd like to be the first to personally invite her to visit Seattle sometime to learn what we're all about.

As for the departing editorial page editor, heir apparent Ryan Blethen, it will be good to see him in a newspaper role that doesn't require so much writing.

Can't wait for Ryan as the new digital product head to have the genius idea of two instead of one fucking annoying popups when visiting the Seattle Times. It'll fulfil his mission of increasiing income for sure.
