At Large Is This Your Black Makeup Bag Thingy?

I dared not pick it up or open it, for fear that it may have been and IED, or full of dirty needles or something (no offense), but it's on the northeast corner of Spruce and 16th. I saw it on the way back from a doctor appointment that I thought was today but is actually UPDATE: [next] Wednesday. Good luck.

Did anybody else go "oh god, is it actually Tuesday?" and check their calendars out of confusion? anybody? oh well.

Oh god. I was wondering where my bag of dirty needles was. Do you have any idea how embarrassing it is to show up at a filthy drug party without the dirty needles?

On three separate occasions I have have picked up a discarded bag ("It might be a bag full of money!") and found syringe needles inside. Not saying they were dirty. Not saying what they were used for. But never again.

Next time you feel uncivil about what to do in a situation like this, just write a "FREE CANDY" sign next to it and let a child dispose of this threatening and fear-inducing Pandora's Box. That's what us responsible adults do.
