If you've ever wondered why Congress always seems so stuck in the past, it's because apparently, they live and work entirely inside a 1940's movie set. Oddly, the telephone booths weren't stuffed with curmudgeonly, fedora-topped reporters, hurriedly phoning in stories. Huh.
