I expect Newt Gingrich to immortalize himself in an epic poem very soon:
“I’m going to be the nominee,” Gingrich told ABC News. “It’s very hard not to look at the recent polls and think that the odds are very high I’m going to be the nominee.”
Now that that's settled, Newt, will Herman Cain be your vice presidential nominee?
"I think he’s a very fine person, but I think he’s got to sort through where he’s at. And that’s something that’s very personal and it’s something he and his family need to do together."
Oooh. Cold diss.
I did not think I lived a good enough life to see Newt Gingrich as the Republican nominee . . . . He would be the best thing to happen to Democrats since Barry Goldwater.
