Wave Books has put together an online erasure-maker. (If you're unfamiliar with erasures, they're poems that are made by erasing or otherwise covering up words within a found text, producing poetry through a kind of remix. Read my review of Jonathan Safran Foer's erasure novel Tree of Codes for a little more information.)

The erasure-maker couldn't be any easier to use: They provide an array of texts. You click on a word to make it disappear. If you change your mind, you can click on the erased word and it will reappear. If you're into randomly generated erasures, a click of a button will delete half of the words on the page. (You can delete half of the remaining words by clicking the same button, then half again.) Here's one randomly generated erasure sequence, with a couple of touchups to make it a little more sensible:
