While Tim Eyman's proxy, Governor Chris Gregoire, delivered a state budget-address this morning, a Slog tipper came upon this fellow out in the hallway:

"Robert Whitlock from Olympia, is part of the Occupy Olympia Solidarity Village, has been living there for 10 days," says our intrepid tipper.

Hold on, he's actually protesting at a location that draws attention directly to the Occupy movement's central message? If he'd learned anything from Seattle, he'd know that his time is best spent hurling anti-cop insults in an irrelevant downtown park.
