Music for Condoleezza Rice

Posted by on Wed, Oct 26, 2011 at 1:35 PM

TMP:

In her new memoir Condoleezza Rice recalls a creepy 2008 meeting with then-Libyan leader Muammar Qaddafi that ended with Qaddafi showing her photos of herself he had collected and a serenade of a song he had a famous Libyan composer write for her.

“What was going through my head was ‘How long do I have to sit here and how quickly can I get out of here?’ You know, it was funny because when he said, ‘I have a video for you,’ I thought, ‘Oh my goodness, what is this going to be?’ But it was actually just a bunch of pictures of me with Vladimir Putin, me with Hu Jintao,” Rice tells ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos in an interview planned for next week. “And then he said, ‘I have Libya’s best composer, most famous composer write this song for you,’ and it was called ‘Black Flower in the White House.’”

Why commission a new composition when the tune needed to express his feelings for Rice already existed?

If you saw the writing on the wall and hightailed it to Zimbabwe, you'd be alive today and enjoying Rice's new book, No Higher Honor. You also would not have been sodomized by your captors.

Listen, the chump stole $200 billion from his people, yet didn't have an escape plan?

He was an insane idiot from the getgo.

No wonder he was attracted to Kindasleazy Rice!

Muammar Gaddafi secretly salted away more than $US200 billion ($A196 billion) in bank accounts, real estate and corporate investments around the world before he was killed, according to senior Libyan officials.

That’s about $US30,000 for every Libyan citizen and double the amount that Western governments previously had suspected.

The new estimates of the deposed dictator’s hidden cash, gold reserves and investments are “staggering”, one person who has studied detailed records of the asset search said Friday.

He did have an escape plan. First was to die as a martyr to his followers in a hail of gunfire in battle. Second was to be captured so he could put on a big show at the inevitable trial.

Unfortunately he ran from battle, hid in a sewer like a coward and died covered in his own shit and blood while being beaten by non-commissioned rebels.
