This afternoon, King County Prosecutors filed charges of Child Molestation and Indecent Exposure against 29-year-old Jesse Drugger in King County Superior Court. Drugger was arrested on October 3 after allegedly exposing himself to children at a Pinehurst playground.

Charging documents provided by the King County Prosecutor's Office allege that Drugger had sexual contact with a 13-year-old and exposed himself to nine girls, ranging in age from 11 to 16. In one case, he allegedly approached two 13-year-old girls on swings while exposing himself. "[One victim] was afraid that if she got off the swing, Drugger was going to attack her, so she kept swinging," according to the probable cause statement. Drugger allegedly ejaculated on one of the victim's jackets before running away (.pdf).

Drugger, who has a previous conviction for indecent exposure, has had his bail set at $250,000, scheduled for arraignment on November 3 at 8:30 a.m. at the King County Courthouse. Because of his prior conviction, Drugger now faces a maximum of 35 years in prison and $70,000 in fines.
