Shortly after receiving word that police will arrest Occupy Seattle protesters who stay in Westlake Park after it closes at 10:00 p.m., event organizers say they will hold their ground and risk arrest.

"Everyone is staying," says Occupy Seattle spokeswoman Aliana Bazara. "We are willing to be arrested. I would say everyone that has a tent, and that is about 75 people." The protesters, acting in solidarity with the Occupy Wall Street actions in Manhattan, have been growing in numbers and camping out in Westlake Park since Saturday night.

"Some people are scared," Bazara admits, "but there are no tents moving anywhere at this point." The group has legal counsel on hand and volunteers to rescue the tents of anyone arrested.
