Your Seattle Weekend Forecast

Posted by on Thu, Sep 22, 2011 at 9:50 AM

It's raining lightly at the Stranger Weathercenter, but last night was downright balmy. And look*:

  • weather.com

*I've started using weather.com for the graphics instead of weather.gov only because the former's suns are bright-yellower. (I've also noticed that dot-com usually tacks on a few extra degrees to the high—as in this weekend, where dot-com has highs of 78 and 77, while the National Weather Service says 73—and that dot-com generally is correct.) I feel disloyal somehow, though. Thoughts?

dot-com gets its numbers from dot-gov and then fancies them up.
