Weather Report

Posted by on Sat, Sep 17, 2011 at 11:57 AM

It's a rainy Saturday—perfect for brunch, then a book, then a nap after celebrating mightily at the Genius Awards last night (Kelly O and Josh Bis photos coming soon). And for those who didn't get enough summer, look at Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday—pretty nice!

One thing not to do...don't see Contagion.

[Spoilers]

Well, yes, if your view of America is that helpful Government experts ultimately come through to save the day within months...unlike in real life where cancer, AIDs and muscular dystrophy still exist after 30 to 50 years...and "edge bloggers" are really cheap sell outs who manipulate their readers to huckster naturopathic herbs...again, unlike reality where Julian Assange, the thinly veiled model for Jude Law's character, hardly sold a t-shirt or snapback cap...then yes, you might enjoy it.

In sum, if you're a grouch like who finds fault with almost anything, and can't leave White Swans alone to preen and strut...then by all means, catch the next matinee...otherwise...keep blogging...keep blogging...

I use to love the weather in Western Washington when I was growing up ... but now I've been to other states ... I prefer the desert honestly, specifically Tucson weather. I personally gripe about the rain, though I know it's probably one of the lamest things to complain about ...
