Hello, Stanley Kubrick hated you.

(Yes, but Robert Altman loved her.)

If Robert Altman loved her, then I love her, too.

You bet Altman loved her. Made great use of her acting talent: 3 Women, Brewster McCloud, and the most spot on Olive Oyl anybody could play in Popeye.

Kubrick may have hated her, but she was perfect as Wendy. You just wanted to smash her Goddamned face in.

Kubrick also hated all of humanity so that doesn't really set her apart much, Hi I'm Troy McClure.

It's not funny because it's true, it's funny because it's repeated over and over again. KNOW YOUR FUNNY!

Also, Shelly Duvall is weird. Mostly weird looking, but also just kinda weird. Which is ultimately a compliment. But yeh, perfect Olive Oyl, and excellently casted in The Shining also.

She am what she am...

Almost all of those would fit against a drumbeat...exact same "Hello (rest) I'm Shelly Duvall" rhythm. I, however, am too lazy to do this.

Oh, how I loved her in Faerie Tale Theatre! So, so much.

It's like an extended opening of To Tell the Truth. I half expected panelist Kitty Carlisle to begin asking questions.

Fuck, I'm old.

@15, except for the one slightly interrupted by Tree.

I'm pretty sure that was—and will be—the most amazing thing I've seen on the internet all year. Thank you! I have no idea what that show is but it's all I want to watch for the rest of my life!

Bahahaha, I didn't realize her FTT introductions all sounded the EXACT same. Except for the tree one.
