Speaking of debates, Rick Perry's debut last week helped make for the highest rated Republican debate thus far, handing MSNBC over 5.4 million viewers. Though that was still less than the 7.8 million viewers who watched CBS's Big Brother 13 in the same time slot.

Of course, that's nothing compared to the 31.4 million Americans who tuned in to watch President Obama's jobs speech the following night, an audience that even exceeded the 27.2 million viewers who watched the NFL 2012 season kickoff game between the Green Bay Packers and the New Orleans Saints later that night.

Now that Americans have seen Perry—and seen that he's just as crazy as the rest of the Republican hopefuls—it'll be interesting to see if tonight's debate draws a smaller audience.
