The governor of Alaska, Sean Parnell, compared his approach to the budget with the way he eats ice cream:
"I love to have a bowl of it at night. And if you put half a gallon of ice cream in the freezer, you can go get the half gallon and you can eat it all in one night, because you like it. Or you can save something for tomorrow," Parnell said. "That's what I've done."I'm totally mystified. Either I'm understanding everything or missing everything. What I do know is that his budget is sweet on sports and sour on infrastructure.
