So we have learned that the stadium that used to be called Qwest Field is now purportedly to be called "Century Link" (a name that is 11 years old-news or 89 years too-soon, depending). Why? Catalina Vel-DuRay makes an excellent point:

And MacCrocodile, defender of civic freedom, makes a very sensible suggestion:

Let's do it, Sloggers—let's rename that one stadium! Put your new name for it in the comments (or speak up for your favorites), and later we'll have a legally binding poll. Then it shall be done.
