I hope your problems are few, etc. I also hope those of you in Washington state are paying attention to our governor's race. McKenna is out there lying about gay people and marriage equality—Eli walked us through McKenna's lies, obfuscations, and bigotries here on Slog—while Jay Inslee has already endorsed marriage equality. I just sent some early gay money Jay's way. You should too. Donate here.

UPDATE 2: "Let's Slog-bomb this poll (scroll down, right side)," says Slog commenter I Got Nuthin'.

The poll asks: "The early governor's race has Rob McKenna running against Jay Inslee. Who would you prefer to be the next governor?" Right now McKenna is leading with 61% of the votes—Rob's green, Jay's purple—and that ain't right.

Let's go vote up Inslee because you never know when an unscientific, transitory, meaningless data point will swing/butterfly-effect an election.

Now I am imagining what Gay Money looks like. I bet it's covered in glitter and has the monopoly guy on it dressed in chaps and a ball gag.

I have several republican (now hate their party, because of Tea Party associations). They don't want Mckenna. They are afraid of a Walkerish state government.
I am a democrat. Also I am quite tired of that party's invertebrate actions; but I can see my friends point.
Voting for Mckenna means government intrusion. Point Blank.
It isn't just about: gay rights, reproductive rights, or union rights.
It is about a government hand down of morality. McKenna supports this.
If Insley runs against the government control of morality, He will score far more voters. He will also send a distinct message: "There is a separation from church and state. Our civil law has no basis in religion or money. It is there for all the people, even if they don't agree."

It's a Lewis County newspaper website. The reddest county in western Washington, and one of the reddest in the whole state. What do you want to bet they'll take the poll down as soon as Inslee takes the lead?
