The dancers at "adult juice bar" Nite Moves have no "formal dance training."

I don't know whether it comes from training or natural ability, but some lap dancers are most definitely artists.

If you've seen those dance team competitions for pre-teen/teen girls (think Sparkle Motion in Donnie Darko or the girl in Little Miss Sunshine) you know where strippers and lap dancers get their formal training. That's one of the last activities I would allow a daughter to participate in.

Using this standard, William Shakespeare for example, who had no "formal training" in either the theatre or playwrighting, couldn't be considered an "artist", either.
