The City of Seattle posted the NEA's list of grant recipients here.
Egad, the NEA is more rotten than I thought. Tell Paul Constant to apply. Sounds like he'll have good chance at grant money toward his writing efforts.

That's quite a glass-is-half-empty perspective. There's a lot of great stuff on the list, including $30K to Artist Trust, $35K each to 4Culture and - ahem - Jack Straw, $25K to Degenerate Art Ensemble, etc., etc. And of course $891,200 to WSAC. Washington and Seattle are getting a lot of fed money for art! Yay!
THE REAL STORY here is that the ridiculous "Degenerate Art" gets 25K!!! SERIOUSLY??? I didn't realize 6 foot prosthetic tongues were that expensive, shocker.
And again Graves, 'small, narrow focus with a closed off perspective and shut down mind.'
