It's called a Bullseye—an egg baked into a cheddar-bacon biscuit with salt and pepper sprinkled on top. At 8:00 a.m. they're still warm from the oven at Oddfellows. Another batch usually comes out at 10:00, which means that if you leave the office now you'll hit the timing just right.
