Looking For Something To Do?

Posted by on Fri, Apr 29, 2011 at 5:07 PM

There's Trouble tonight at Fred Wildlife Refuge—yes, it's my baby daddy's night—with resident DJs Kid Hops (KEXP - Expansions), F.I.T.S., and Dicso, aerialists Ticktock, and more amazing visuals by Lux Collective. More info here. Doors at 10 PM, $10. Tickets on sale here until 9 PM, after 9 PM tickets will be available at the door.

I understand that there will be dancing.

In other Trouble news... check out the poster for Trouble's upcoming gay pride event after the jump...

As a matter of fact, I was looking for somewhere to go dancing tonight.

Is this going to be all boys, or do you suppose some girls might show up, too?

@1: I was there for a valentines day rave, pretty cool space.

Hey, these performers may be awesome, but am I the only one who did a double take at the hipster headdresses on that poster?

Maybe for Vockah Redu the "Mardi Gras Indian" context provides some legitimacy. But what's Raja's excuse?

Trouble Disco gets three thumbs up me. Fun crowd (with plenty of girl babes in attendance) and great music. Thanks, Terry!

Whew, glad I wasn't working late tonight. Those kids next door can get pretty loud!

Fred is a pretty cool venue, BTW; if you haven't been there yet, it's definitely worth checking out.

Fuckin' hipster headdress. Just because you do drag doesn't mean you aren't a racist.
