Rep. Tom Marino (R-PA), a member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, thinks that President Obama is "fumbling through" the US intervention in Libya:

"Where does it stop?" he said. "Do we go into Africa next?"
Um... last time I checked, Libya was in Africa. And to make matters worse, Rep. Marino is not only a member of the Foreign Affairs Committee, he's a member of the Subcommittee on Africa, Global Health, and Human Rights.
Then again, most real Americans don't know much about geography either, so you gotta admire the GOP's common touch.
