After reading about the young girl assaulted by 18 men in Texas, Florida state Rep. Kathleen Passidomo continues the trend of blaming the victim. Passidomo wants to institute state-wide school dress codes so that pre-teens will stop forcing men to gang rape them.

via Raw Story:

"There was an article about an 11 year old girl who was gangraped in Texas by 18 young men because she was dressed like a 21-year-old prostitute," Passidomo declared.

"And her parents let her attend school like that. And I think it’s incumbent upon us to create some areas where students can be safe in school and show up in proper attire so what happened in Texas doesn’t happen to our students," she added.

Passidomo is a bobble-headed goon—but she's not alone. The article notes that residents from Cleveland think that the Texas girl lied about her age and lured the men into assaulting her. It's a full-scale, nation-wide revival of blaming sexual assault victims for being assaulted!

Perhaps if we throw all women in burqas and sew their vaginas shut until marriage, that'll put a stop to rape.

Curties to Jennifer and Jaime for the tip.
