Tsunami in Japan: Cars Floating Like Empty Bottles

Look at the cars around frantically turning around and trying to our race the wall of water 3:00. Holy shit! Where else on the internet is there footage? Let 'em know in the comments.

Did you see the flaming buildings being washed inland by the wave? Terrifying. I just heard from the BBC that it's feared that the tsunami may very well reach a lot of Pacific islands at a height far exceeding the islands' height, washing everyone and everything away.

NPR says it already hit Guam and it didn't sound that significant.

SF Chronicle says that Al Jazeera has a live feed. I haven't checked this out on my dial-up.…

My hopes and good wishes to everyone over there and out there. I hope the warning systems are working the way they need to be.

And if there is a God, maybe to make up for this act of His, He will "take care" of assholes like Limbaugh, Palin, and Robertson before they start spewing their hate.

Also this, quoted from a Hawai'i paper:
A 6.5-foot tsunami is expected to reach Kauai at 3:07 a.m. today after it passed Midway Island at a height of 8.2 feet, according to the National Weather Service.
