Today is Seattle's MLK Day march and rally—one of the biggest in the nation—that lets you improve the world, meet new people, and work off some of that Christmas fat.

March at 12:00 p.m., beginning at Garfield High School (23rd Ave and Jefferson) and then heading down to the Federal Building on 2nd Ave and Madison Street. They'll serve free refreshments afterward at Garfield's lunchroom. More info here.
