A gunman has opened fire during a school board meeting in the US state of Florida.The American way: You hit me with a handbag; I shoot you with a handgun.One person was shot at the Bay District School in Panama City, police said.
A local TV reporter said a board member hit the gunman with her handbag after he approached the podium during the meeting. But he pushed her to the ground and started firing randomly.
