How to be a high density "urbanite" in Seattle.

Walk 5 across downtown on the side walk. Put on a blank face, as if what you are doing has no impact on other walkers...such as people coming the other way. Force the person "off the road" but give no indication that you have any awareness what you are doing. If the person continues on their small slice of sidewalk, be sure to practically run into them.

Remember, a Seattle Urbanite is defined as someone who acts as if the tractor just pulled off of the back 40 and dropped them there.

Heh. That's my sign! You should see the reactions of my neighbors when they see it for the first time. I should have set up a webcam in the driveway.

Ballard is fantastic. I dont know why we haven't officially moved the "gay ghetto of Seattle" designation over there. Capitol Hill is so 1990s. Ballard is where the fun is now.

@4- Nice work.

@1- It's just you, they don't do that to anyone else.

@ #10: Ballard is where the hipsters go to die. It's a proven fact.

Heh, so, if we set up a P-Patch next door and plant a bunch or garlic, will that make things even?

There is a reason that they are selling shirts at the Sloop Tavern that read "Ballard: a quaint drinking community with a condo problem."

Whether this is ok depends mainly on whether the developer is planning on using it as a base to pillage the surrounding area in order to restore feudal rule.

@ 9,

That's not a moat...that's a water feature.
