This was at one of like a million mini-marts where you could buy liquor anytime, no big deal, in SF. (It was located right next to a marijuana dispensery, by chance.) I'm pretty sure the dog owns the place. Suffice to say, California's liquor laws are way more chill than Washington's. Which is why we should privatize that shit already!
