The curly fries that are made with the drill! And the free clover coffee in the Starbucks VIP area is quite tasty.

The thing I always look forward to the most are the crispy fried Indonesian rice balls on a stick. So yummy and sugary and coconuty.

I had the Island Noodles over by Bagley Wright. Tons of fresh veggies, yakisoba style stir fry, Sri Racha, super yum.

BRICK OF FRIES wins every time.

That said, the Lebanese place and the Island Noodles place are very good.

I'm astonished that some of Seattle's top food trucks don't show up for Bumbershoot. I imagine it must be some mix of contracts and capacity, but Skillet or Marination or Ranch Bravo would really be an oasis in a desert of mediocre stands.

That said, the roasted corn burned my face before I could finish.

The Russian Dumplings, with a drizzle of sour cream and curry powder. Nice and warm and filling on a cold/rainy Bumber-day.

I wish I could have eaten something but I was stuffing myself with free starbucks coffee from the bumberfan insider lounge. It was great!

Russian Dumplings would have been wonderful on rainy monday.
