Another Competency Evaluation for Isaiah Kalebu

It's back to Western State for the young man who's already been there several times before.

Which means Isaiah Kalebu's trial on charges of raping two women in South Park, and killing one of them, could be postponed until next summer.

And his life needs to be preserved - why? So he can sponge off the taxpayers for his natural life because no one is safe on the street when he's out?

Well... Too bad he wasn't whittling or jaywalking. He would have gotten 5 bullets in him by SPD.
