Jayne Castle appears at Seattle Mystery Bookshop at noon today. Midnight Crystal is the third book in a trilogy about ghost hunters and a "dreamlight reader."

And the one reading tonight is at Hugo House: It's time for the Zines on Toast Tour. Alex Wrekk, who made the ubiquitous zinemaking zine Stolen Sharpie Revolution, makes an appearance with the authors of zines like Morgenmuffel, Hey Monkey Riot, Rum Lad and Last Hours magazine. They are all from the United Kingdom.

The full readings calendar, including the next week or so, is here. And if you're planning on staying in and you're looking for personalized book recommendations, feel free to tell me the books you like and ask me what to read next over at Questionland.
