Animals Dogs Maul 10-year-old Girl

A woman has been charged after a 10-year-old girl was attacked by two Rottweiler dogs in a Dundee street.The dog owner is being charged under Section 3 of the the Dangerous Dog Act, "Keeping dogs under proper control":Rhianna Kidd underwent emergency surgery after being attacked while riding her bike in Dryburgh Street at 1100 BST on Sunday. Her grandmother Irene Grady, who lives in the area, told BBC News that she ran out of her house after seeing one of the Rottweilers drag Rhianna off her bike.
The two dogs pinned her down and began to savage her. A passing motorist sounded his horn to try to distract the dogs.
Mrs Grady said: "When I got over there, where she was, the dogs went away from her, not away, but they went off her, so I just got down and picked her up and put her close beside me.
"She was screaming and she was shouting 'granny, my leg, my leg'.
A person guilty of an offence under subsection (1) or (3) above other than an aggravated offence is liable on summary conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale or both...Six months! That's it! That's the only justice the mauled girl will receive from her society? It seems terribly unfair.

That city has been run over by minorities, Scotland never had much crime before they showed up and still our trying to figure out how to deal with the naturally more violent dark skinned turd worlders. Turd worlders can't control their own savage behavior, let alone that of a dog. Notice how it's almost always non-whites with those dogs?

@1 I can't imagine they won't be. I don't see why that isn't justice for the little girl.
It's either the dogs' fault that they're "bad," or the owners' fault. Slog seems to typically take the position that it's the dogs' — see everything anyone has ever said here about pit bulls, and the opinion that they're just "bad dogs." If the dogs are at fault for their violent behavior, and not the owner, then putting the owner in prison for six months is what seems so terribly unfair to me, seeing as the dogs will probably be put down anyway. (Which, I agree, is the proper response to an attack like this; whatever handling they've had in the past, they are clearly not safe with humans.) But if that isn't considered justice, it certainly indicates the opinion that a human is responsible for this attack, not a dog that is just inherently vicious because some breeds are inherently vicious.
Rottweilers, by the way, are powerful and territorial, but usually not vicious. They're good family dogs: obedient, protective, and patient with children. Does anyone remember Good Dog, Carl?

As a Dundonian, born-and-bred, I have to laugh at the idea that it's been "run over by minorities". It's still a hugely white, hugely Scottish city, and its deprived areas have been deprived and crime-ridden long before any large amounts of immigrants showed up.
And the two people who have been charged have curiously Scottish names for "turd worlders".

It's the owner's fault for owning those things in the first place and not keeping them locked up.
Which is why they should never be allowed to run loose.

@2 - that's funny! Where I am at the whites are almost a minority (if they actually aren't) and every pit bull I see is owned by a white person... Interesting theory you have - but wrong!

Shoot. this was a rottweiler and I can't recall having seen one here. I'll drop my assertion in comment 9...
