Ira Glass basically called me the gayest man in America for playing a disco version of "I'm an Indian Too" from Annie Get Your Gun—and then immediately and without irony proceeded to play some Lady Gaga. I think that makes him the gayest man in America. Or at least the gayest man at Re-bar on Saturday night. But you be the judge:

Also: Cienna needs an elderly gay fact checker too. "What I Did For Love" is from A Chorus Line by Marvin Hamlisch, not Roger Whittaker (?), and the cover I spinned—spunned? spanned? spooned?—was performed by the Inner City Jam Band. And it's not "Ethel Merman's 'I'm an Indian Too'" from Annie Get Your Gun, it's Irving Berlin's "I'm an Indian Too," originally performed by Ethel Merman, covered by Don Armando's 2nd Ave Rhumba Band. Isn't this stuff common knowledge?
