Housekeeping / Books A Book Trailer I Actually Enjoyed (and a Save the Date, Too)

I'm not usually a fan of book trailers, but this one starring Gary Shteyngart for his upcoming novel Super Sad True Love Story is genuinely entertaining. Plus: James Franco!
Of course, I might be biased. Gary Shteyngart will be the author at the next Verse Chapter Verse at the Sunset Tavern on Monday, August 2nd at 8pm. He'll read, I'll ask him some questions, you'll ask him some questions, and he'll sign your books. Tickets will be just $5, and there will be a musical guest to entertain you throughout the evening, too (Right now, it's the very popular hip-hop sister act "TBA," but I think that might change in the next few days. Stay tuned!) I hope to see you there.
