A youth Bible studies teacher and former Scoutmaster in Wayne County has been accused of having sexual contact with a 5-year-old girl. New York State Police last night charged Samuel W. Langley, 72, of 5716 State Route 350, Ontario, with second-degree course of sexual conduct against a child, a felony. State Police Investigator Frank D’Aurizio said Langley is accused of having sexual contact with the girl at least twice in the last year. Langley was a Scoutmaster for the Boy Scouts of America for about 40 years, He also teaches Bible studies to youths at the Baptist Bible Church in Sodus, Wayne County.
