Crime "You Better Get Out of Here Before I Cut Your Dick Off."

A man is cutting watermelon in the communal room of a house, according to a police report filed on Saturday, May 15. Another man enters the room. He allegedly says to the first man, "You better get out of here before I cut your dick off." Then he allegedly gestures with a knife, like here's-how-I'll-cut-your-dick-off.
That is where the police report ends.
It's worth noting that spring is the time when young men's thoughts turn to flights of fancy.
